1、各類細(xì)胞的全自動(dòng)細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、活率分析、細(xì)胞大小分析：

明場利用臺盼藍(lán)染色劑、或雙熒光通道使用綠色/紅色熒光染色劑（AO/PI雙染），可以計(jì)算細(xì)胞總數(shù)（細(xì)胞數(shù)/mL）、活細(xì)胞及死細(xì)胞數(shù)量（細(xì)胞數(shù)/mL）、細(xì)胞活力(%)、活細(xì)胞及死細(xì)胞的大小（μm）。可實(shí)現(xiàn)從細(xì)胞團(tuán)中分辨單個(gè)細(xì)胞，通過細(xì)胞大小門控設(shè)定來選擇細(xì)胞亞群，了解樣本內(nèi)細(xì)胞大小分布情況。
 

 

2、球形和不規(guī)則形狀類器官的計(jì)數(shù)、大小、群體分布分析：

類器官計(jì)數(shù)模塊采用了新型AI分析算法，能夠快速精準(zhǔn)地識別不同形狀的類器官，在計(jì)算樣本數(shù)量的同時(shí)，給出大小分布。軟件通過“總覽”、“類器官濃度”、“類器官面積”，從不同角度和時(shí)間維度來展示受測樣本的特征。可以選擇手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)設(shè)定細(xì)胞大小門控，了解樣本中類器官在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)的濃度及平均大小，或是不同尺寸類器官在數(shù)量上的分布規(guī)律，將多個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的分析數(shù)據(jù)歸納到一起比較，還可以掌握類器官數(shù)量變化對于樣本總體細(xì)胞濃度的影響。
